# Print a duplicate of a confirmed voucher

> Print a copy of a confirmed voucher. No new debit.

Prints a copy of a voucher that was already confirmed, for example when the customer lost the ticket. **No new debit.** Each call increases the voucher's duplicate counter.

Print a mention such as "DUPLICATA" on the ticket. After printing, call [Confirm a reprint or duplicate](https://docs.tunimobile.com/api/vouchers/confirm-reprint.md).

## Authentication

Either the `api-key` of the terminal that printed the voucher, **or** a login as the owner of that terminal's shop. See [Who can call what](https://docs.tunimobile.com/basics/terminal-api-key.md#who-can-call-what).

**api-key** `string`

API key of the terminal that printed the voucher. Not needed if you are logged in as the shop owner.

## Body

**action** `string` *required*

`duplicateVoucher`

**serieNumber** `string` *required*

Serial number of the voucher.

## Response

Same fields as [Generate a voucher](https://docs.tunimobile.com/api/vouchers/generate.md), plus:

**duplicateCount** `integer`

Number of duplicates printed so far for this voucher.

## Errors

| HTTP | `error.details` | Meaning |
| - | - | - |
| `403` | `access_denied` | The caller is neither the terminal that printed the voucher nor logged in as the owner of its shop. Also returned for a voucher that was never printed. |
| `404` | `voucher_not_found` | Unknown or missing serial number |
